The two-year Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) in CSR & ESG is designed to equip students with the knowledge, skills, and ethical mindset needed to excel in the growing fields of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG). The program builds a strong theoretical foundation by covering key principles, frameworks, and the evolution of CSR and ESG in both global and Indian contexts. It emphasizes the strategic role of businesses in sustainable development and ethical governance.
Students will learn to design and implement CSR initiatives aligned with corporate strategy and stakeholder expectations, while gaining analytical tools to measure and improve ESG performance. The program also fosters sustainability leadership, encouraging students to address global challenges such as climate change and inequality with a values-driven approach.
Hands-on experience through projects, internships, and case studies forms a key component of the curriculum. Practical training includes financial modeling, impact assessment, and familiarity with international ESG reporting frameworks such as GRI, SASB, TCFD, and SDGs, alongside compliance with Indian regulatory requirements. The course encourages students to engage with communities, design impactful CSR projects, and create shared value for business and society.
Technology is integrated into the learning process, with exposure to AI, blockchain, and IoT for enhancing ESG efforts and digital tools for tracking sustainability metrics. The program prepares students for diverse roles including ESG Analyst, CSR Manager, Sustainability Consultant, and Impact Assessment Specialist, opening career opportunities in responsible investment, green finance, and sustainability-driven sectors.

Applicants must have a bachelor's degree in any discipline as recognized by AICTE/UG, under 10+2+3/10+2+4 system with a minimum of 50% marks
Candidates appearing in the Final Year may also apply, provided they complete all formalities of examinations before 30* July and furnish proof of having met the minimum eligibility criteria before 30* November of the current Academic Year

Applicants interested in PGDM can attempt and Select FBS in MAT & ATMA 2024
All applicants are required to have appeared for any of the Competitive Exams viz CAT/CMAT/ATMA/GMAT or any other Competitive Exam approved by AICTE
