Designing is a highly developed field that requires trained people who are creatively innovative and artistic. There are many specialties that fall under the umbrella of the design industry. Graphic designers use text and images to communicate information and ideas. They do not do any programming. Web designers create and modify all aspects of a website, including graphics, content, performance and capacity. Web designing also involves some programming.
Can be pursued post any discipline in 10+2
Internship in designing is as important a part of the curriculum as theory papers. This field is practice-oriented and this experience can be gained at different advertising agencies, multimedia companies, media houses, IT companies etc. Whether the internship is paid or not will depend upon the place from where one is doing internship.
The pay package is normally 10,000 INR – 25,000 INR per month which gets increased on the basis of experience.
